1. What was your first ever job?
A club DJ of all things!

2. Why did you get into the channel world?
I had worked within a VAR providing services to end users, however found working with the channel more exciting and rewarding.

3. What does your current role entail?
My current role is to help our channel partners increase wallet share and services into accounts, along with customer retention with existing accounts.

4. What have been the most significant challenges for the channel in recent years?
A number of service companies have moved from a channel model to a more direct model, leaving partners frustrated and apprehensive about existing contracts.

5. What can our delegates expect from your presentation/panel?
