Mo Aneese works in the TMT team at mid-market private equity firm Livingbridge, investing in businesses across cloud, connectivity, software and comms. Mo has been involved in a number of investments since joining Livingbridge's Manchester office in 2011 including connectivity and internet infrastructure provider M247; IT infrastructure provider Onyx; email signature software provider Exclaimer; cloud services marketplace Giacom; and software testing services provider Ten10. Prior to joining Livingbridge he worked in the National Australia Bank's corporate and structured finance team where he worked with a range of SME and mid-market corporate companies.

Andy is responsible for providing the overall vision and strategic direction of ANS.
Andy has been in the industry for 15 years and has worked in numerous senior technical management positions, navigating the business into key, high growth markets involving service design and transition.
Andy is a regular industry speaker, is included on many advisory councils and has strong relationships in the customer and services provider community.
Nicki has over ten years' experience of investing in the UK lower mid-market, including seven years at Inflexion Private Equity. In 2013, she took a sabbatical to complete the Sloan Fellowship Program at Stanford, followed by three years establishing and developing an Education Technology company in California, gaining experience on the entrepreneur's side of the table! She joined Mark Salter in founding Apiary Capital at the end of 2017 and returned to the UK earlier this year. In July 2018, Apiary announced the close of their oversubscribed debut fund at it's £200m hard cap and the completion of their inaugural investment in The Appointment Group, which Nicki sits on the board of. Nicki heads the firm's efforts in the tech services space and led the recent investment in G3 Comms.
Nicki has a BA from Oxford and a Masters from Stanford. She is also an accomplished amateur athlete and has just finished top 10 in her age group at the 70.3 triathlon World Championships in South Africa.

Over the past decade Rob has become an influential and well-respected member of the UK's IT community. In addition to his role new at Evaris he has run the community of IT Support companies SBSC North West www.sbscnorthwest.org for the past 7 years.
He is also one of just three Microsoft Influencers in the UK (there are only 27 globally). He's also a member of the Continuum EPAC - European Advisor Council. The work with all three organisations the SBSC, Influencer and EPAC communities gives Rob a unique insight into the industry and IT issues impacting broader businesses.

Paul Green works with more than 100 MSPs around the UK, helping them fix their problems and grow their businesses.
A former journalist and radio presenter, he built a healthcare marketing business to a seven figure turnover and 6 figure EBITDA, before selling it in 2016.

Mehul is a partner and leads tech investing at August Equity, sitting on the investment committee.
He is on the Board and involved in the investment of Charterhouse Voice and Data and recently exited cyber security provider SecureData to Orange Cyber Defence.

Paul is responsible for wider business strategy and the execution thereof, with a strong focus on executive relationships across customers, team members and partners alike.
His ANS career started over 10 years ago as a technical consultant and has gone on to work across the entire business over this period. Acquisition strategy and integration has been a strong focus over each of the key transactions in recent ANS history.
Paul's strength in people and culture have formed the foundation for growth since becoming COO and then subsequently CEO in 2017.
Mike J. Douglass is commercial director at UK-based Yellowbus Solutions, and he has worked within and ran IT businesses for more than 15 years. He enjoys the challenge of working with businesses (small and large) with a focus of delivering IT to the nuclear sector. He has developed a great understanding of technology, business, and how they can be used in synergy to grow businesses, add value, and improve productivity.
When he's not working he can be found chasing his son Harrison, on his bike, or running ultra-marathons.
