Investing in your staff will help your business grow
While many businesses try to protect themselves from the recession by cutting all but the essential costs, the founder of internet hosting firm UKFast stepped out of the crowd, continued to invest in his staff and achieved consistent growth - 32% in 2011, with a target of 40% this year.
Lawrence Jones will share his experience of how to build a valuable team, how to motivate and how to get the most out of staff investment even during tough economic times.
