Reseller Awards

Reseller Awards will recognise excellence in the delivery of service and support to end user customers, taking into consideration the reseller's ability to deliver real benefits to the user organisation, and to meet customer objectives in terms of improved efficiency, ROI and investment protection, and cost reduction. Companies that demonstrate innovation in developing and bringing-to-market new service offerings will also be candidates for these awards.

Services Provider of the Year

This award is ONLY open to VARs, service players, system integrators, converged resellers and other players that can truly call themselves a service provider. Their business has to consist primarily of services TO END USER CUSTOMERS, whether this is managed services, hosting, or tailored services to different technology sectors. Entries can cover services to enterprise, mid-market or SME level customers.

Entry Criteria

Your entry will be marked against, and therefore must stick to the following criteria. ENTRIES NOT ADDRESSING THESE POINTS MAY BE MARKED DOWN. Please answer each point separately.

1. Outline your business model and what makes you qualify to be described as a true services player.
2. Describe how your business is structured to provide services to your customers, from SME to enterprise and outline any particular certifications/accreditations that add to your services might.
3. Demonstrate how your services have helped your customers to manage their business effectively in 2012 and achieve significant cost savings for their business.
4. Pick a particularly successful customer case study from the past year and explain to the judges why it was such a success, how you helped that customer save money/streamline their business/improve their service to their own customers. A customer testimonial can be used to back up the study.

Entries are actively encouraged to include hard facts and figures - all of which will be kept strictly confidential and used for judging purposes only. All programmes and initiatives must have been new or further developed in 2012 to qualify. Resellers are actively encouraged to enter for more than one award if they so wish, and if the category is relevant to their business.
