Reseller Awards

Reseller Awards will recognise excellence in the delivery of solutions, service and support to end user customers, taking into consideration the reseller's ability to deliver real benefits to the user organisation, and to meet customer objectives in terms of improved efficiency, ROI and investment protection, and cost reduction. Companies that demonstrate innovation in developing and bringing-to-market new concepts and solutions will also be candidates for these awards.

Enterprise Reseller of the Year

This category is open to resellers that have a clear focus on doing business, providing products and solutions with large end user customers in the public and private sectors i.e. 1,001+ employees. These firms can be UK based, have multiple offices in the UK or be multi-national companies with a significant base in the UK. At least 40 per cent of your business needs to be enterprise based.

Entry Criteria

Your entry will be marked against, and therefore must stick to the following criteria. ENTRIES NOT ADDRESSING THESE POINTS MAY BE MARKED DOWN. Please answer each point separately.

1. Outline your business model and what qualifies you to be described as a true enterprise-level reseller - this can be vendor accreditations/certifications and also a demonstration of the percentage of your business that is dedicated to enterprise customers.
2. Describe how your business is structured to cater for the needs of large enterprise customers in terms of technical assistance, support provision, managed services etc.
3. DDemonstrate how you have helped your enterprise customers to manage their business effectively in 2013. This can be shown through demonstrations of cost savings, implementing a green strategy, infrastructure refresh, revolutionary technology introduction etc.
4. Pick a particularly successful customer case study from the past year and explain to the judges why it was such a success, how you helped that customer save money/streamline their business/improve their service. A customer testimonial can be used to back up the study.

Entries are actively encouraged to include hard facts and figures - all of which will be kept strictly confidential and used for judging purposes only. All programmes and initiatives must have been new or further developed in 2013 to qualify. Resellers are actively encouraged to enter for more than one award if they so wish, and if the category is relevant to their business.

Maximum word count: 1,200.
